'Passion Versus Execution' WIP

"Passion means nothing without proper execution"

I'd like to think I'm getting the hang of things here with tablets/drawing period. Right now I'm hitting a slump, as always right? I struggle with getting feedback, but I've learned here; zero $$$ equals zero exposure. Is there any advice anybody can give me on touching up this piece; I'm going for a winter vibe- there's something poetic about fighting in the snow. I wish my talent matched my tenacity to improve it. I wish my Passion was accompanied by better execution if you will, oh well 'If wishes were butterflies, we'd all be in space.' Any help would be appreciated!

PS Should I make the woman on the right in this picture Russian or German? She has a purpose, a past, a history, but as far as an ethnicity, none. Either way her physical traits remain the same, the only thing changing is her voice and nationality, with story bits here and there...
